Relationship therapy is a brave space to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns in your relationships. Relationship therapy usually involves two or more people in the same session, which may include romantic partners, friends, colleagues, or family members. Relationship sessions often focus on communication and calming strategies to improve connection. My approach is based on relational science, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and non-violent communication. Sessions are 45 minutes long and fee is $200.
