Let's Work Together!
There are several ways we might work together.
Individual therapy is a safe space to explore all of your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. It’s that private and protected place you can go to talk about all the things want, need, hope, and dream. Sometimes you just need to word vomit and get out all those things that you wouldn’t dare say to a friend or lover. Individual therapy is a place to learn new tools, practice skills, and literally rewire your brain through relationship. Individual therapy is a good fit for people who wish to gain insight into their psyche and are ready to take action to make change in their lives. Sessions are 45 minutes long and fee is $175.
Relationship therapy is a brave space to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns in your relationships. Relationship therapy usually involves two or more people in the same session, which may include romantic partners, friends, colleagues, or family members. Relationship sessions often focus on communication and calming strategies to improve connection. My approach is based on relational science, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, and non-violent communication. Sessions are 45 minutes long and fee is $200.
Group therapy is a brave space to study how you show up in relationships with others. Group therapy is a place to practice being vulnerable, opening up and listening to others, giving and receiving feedback, and saying hard things. Groups may be based around a theme, such as overcoming shame or grief, or focused on interpersonal development. Group therapy is a good fit for people who want more closeness and connection in their personal and professional relationships. Group therapy consists of 6-12 people, plus a leader. Sessions are 75-90 minutes long and fee is $40-$80.
